During your sessions we will ask questions about your usual intake, lifestyle, family preferences, dietary needs, stress level, cooking ability, chronic disease and medical history, and much more.

We take a holistic approach and go one step at a time. If you are looking to be spoon fed a new fad diet, this is not the place. The sessions involve breaking down nutrition and physical activity barriers, trying new foods and recipes, while planning out your weekly meals together.

If you are wanting to better manage chronic disease or get a solid start to your weight loss or health improvement journey, this package is for you.

MOST POPULAR PACKAGE

This is for the serious client who wants to make lasting changes in their health and transform their relationship with food.


This option is best suited for those wanting one-on-one accountability to lose weight, manage autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal issues, and diabetes.

8 sessions

(1 hour each)

Ideally 4 weekly and the next 4 every other week, followed by 4 weekly accountability calls (20 min each) to stay on track.

IBS Lifestyle Program

Amanda is Monash University trained regarding the Low FODMAP diet for resolving symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-C, IBS-D, and IBS-M).


This is a 3-Phase program designed specifically for people with IBS so that they can live symptom-free and with a simple mealtime strategy that will work for the whole family.
